Circuit Board Design & Schematic Capture

Having designed and delivered over 1,000 printed circuit boards (PCBs), our team excels in high-end circuit board design for complex applications. Our comprehensive design process, spanning from concept to production, encompasses architecture, circuit design and schematic capture, simulation, PCB layout, signal integrity and power integrity analysis and optimization, as well as unit testing.

PCB Layout

Our IPC-certified designers collectively bring over 90 years of expertise and utilize Altium Designer CAE tools to create meticulously hand-routed, compliant designs tailored to your needs. We specialize in a wide range of advanced techniques and substrates, ensuring high performance and reliability. From full 3D modeling and comprehensive reviews to signal integrity and power optimization, our capabilities ensure your project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Every PCB layout is 100% hand-routed with customized and proprietary routing constraints, IPC class 2 or class 3 compliance, via-in-pad, blind and buried via, HDI micro-via, via modeling, and via-stub management. We also support rigid, flex, and rigid-flex substrates.

Embedded Software Development
